Awami League President and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on Friday expressed deep shock and sorrow at the death of Awami League’s Feni unit Vice-President and former President of District Lawyers’ Association Advocate Jahid Hossain Khasru.
She prayed for the eternal salvation of the departed soul and expressed deep sympathy to the bereaved family.
Advocate Khasru breathed his last on Thursday night at the age of 68 at a city hospital.
He left behind his wife, two daughters and a host of relatives and well wishers.
Meanwhile, AL General Secretary and Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader also expressed deep shock and sorrow at the death of Advocate Khasru.
