Awami League President and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on Saturday condoled the death of Ajma Begum, mother of Mohammad Elias Uddin Mollah, MP.
Ajma Begum, who died at a city hospital at the age of 72, is survived by four sons and four daughters, said a party press release.
Sheikh Hasina expressed deep shock and sorrow at the death of Ajma Begum and convened sympathy to her bereaved family members.
She also prayed for the eternal peace of the departed soul, the release added.
