Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is expected to leave here for the Italian city of Milan on Wednesday on a four-day visit to attend the 10th summit of the Asia-Europe Meeting (ASEM).
The ASEM Summit, which will be chaired by the President of the European Council and hosted by the Government of Italy, will be held in Milan on October 16-17.

The BNP leader further alleged that the Prime Minister made such a statement to appease anti-Islamic forces.
He urged the government to arrest Latif Siddiqui immediately with the help of Interpol as he has been staying abroad and demanded capital punishment for his derogatory remarks on Islam after putting him in the dock.
Presided over by SF president Abu Naser Mohammad Rahmatullah, the rally was addressed, among others, by BNP publicity secretary Joynul Abdin Faruk and Jubo Dal president Syed Moazzem Hossain Alal.
At a views-exchange meeting with expatriates from Tangail in New York on September 28, Posts, Telecommunications and Information Technology Minister Abdul Latif Siddique made disparaging remarks about hajj, one of the main pillars of Islam, and Tablig Jamaat.
