Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina inaugurated 11 development projects as well as laid the foundation stones of some other projects here on Saturday.
The inaugurated development projects are Habiganj Modern Stadium, Habiganj Diabetic Hospital, Habiganj Nursing Institute, Habiganj new district council auditorium and community centre, Habiganj district fine arts academic building, Habiganj server station, Aleya Zahir College, district commandant, Ansar and VDP office building, Baniachang Fire Service and Civil Defense Station, Shayestaganj Fire Service and Civil Defense Station and Habiganj central Eidgah development project.
She opened the projects by unveiling plaques at Habiganj New Field where local Awami League organised a rally.
The Prime Minister also laid the foundation stones of Ajmiriganj upazila Muktijoddha complex building and Shahjibazar (300 MW) combined cycle power plant from the same venue.
