Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on Monday congratulated Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud on his accession to the throne of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
In a message sent to Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, Hasina said: “It’s my great pleasure in congratulating you, Custodian of the
two Holy Mosques, on behalf of the people and the government of Bangladesh and also on my own behalf, on your accession to the throne of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.”
She further said, “I’m convinced that your wisdom and statesmanship will contribute positively to fulfill the aspirations of the brotherly people of the Kingdom as well as to the greater unity and prosperity of the Islamic Ummah.”
The Prime Minister said, Bangladesh and Saudi Arabia have been enjoying the best of bilateral relationship since decades, which is a time-tested one.
