Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on Saturday expressed deep shock and sorrow at the death of Managing Editor of Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha (BSS) Shahriar Shahid.
In a condolence message, Sheikh Hasina recalled the contribution of Shahriar Shahid in the field of journalism.
She also prayed for the eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed sympathy to the bereaved family.
Shahriar Shahid died of a heart attack on Saturday at Apollo Hospitals here at the age of 55.
