Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on Saturday expressed deep shock at the death of valiant freedom fighter Shahidul Haque.
In a condolence message, the Prime Minister recalled with profound respect the contributions of Shahidul Haque, the commander of “Mama Guerrilla Bahini”, to the great Liberation War.
Sheikh Hasina said he played an important role in the anti-autocracy movement and building public opinion for the trial of war criminals.
The Prime Minister prayed for peace of the departed soul and conveyed profound sympathy to the bereaved family.
