Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on Thursday expressed deep shock at the death of former lawmaker and veteran Awami League leader of Sylhet Ashraf Ali.
In a condolence message, the Prime Minister said the people of greater Sylhet as well as the leaders and workers of Bangladesh Awami League would ever-remember Ashraf Ali with deep respect as an honest and dedicated political leader.
Sheikh Hasina prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family.
