Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has expressed deep shock at the death of senior Awami League leader of Dhaka City Unit and valiant freedom fighter Fazlur Rahman Raju.
In a condolence message the Prime Minister said, the nation will remember forever with gratitude the contributions of Fazlur Rahman in democratic movements and liberation war. In his death, the Prime Minister said the nation lost a patriotic leader while Awami League lost a dedicated organizer. The Prime Minister prayed for the salvation of the departed soul and conveyed sympathy to the members of the bereaved family.
