PLFL hold 18th AGM: The 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Premier Leasing & Finance Limited was held virtually on Wednesday. It was presided over by Engr. AZM Akramul Haq, Chairman of the company. Vice Chairman and Executive Committee Chairman Nargis Anwar and directors of the company Engr. M. Rabiul Huq, Farzana R Shahabuddin, attended, said a press release. Abu Sadek Md. Sohel, Audit Committee Chairman, AKM Shamsuddin, Independent Director, Bahadur Bapari, Alternate Director were also present.
