At the direction of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and the Land Ministry, trees were planted on the occasion of the 45th martyrdom anniversary of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib and National Mourning Day the initiative of the Panchbibi Assistant Commissioner (Land) Office in Joypurhat.
Assistant Commissioner (Land) MM Ashiq Reza inaugurated the planting of saplings of different species in front of the land office on Sunday afternoon. Abu Bakar Siddique, Assistant Land Officer, Bagjana Union, Md. Mokleshur Rahman, Legal Officer, Panchbibi Land Office, Meherul Islam, Head Office Assistant, Account Assistant, SM Ershad Ali, Sakhawat Hossain, Office Assistant, Emdadul Haque were present on the occasion.
