A tree plantation campaign began on Jahangirnagar University campus in Savar on Wednesday.
JU authorities organised the campaign for further beautification of the university and maintaining ecological balance.
Planting a sapling near JU School and College, JU Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr Farzana Islam inaugurated the event around 10 am.
