Pilgrims Hajj registration under government management is yet to fulfill its quota this year.
Thus, the Ministry of Religion Affairs has extended the registration time till May 20.
The ministry urged the interested people for doing the Hajj registration under the government management till that date.
“Pre-registration is still going on. Come first for getting first based system,” said a circular issued by the ministry on Wednesday.
The circular said, those who completed pre-registration under private management but not getting chance to perform Hajj due to fulfill of their this year’s quota have been urged to complete registration government management within the scheduled time.
For this, the ministry requested them to complete registration with the local Deputy Commissioner’s office, nearest Islamic Foundation office, city’s Askona Hajj office and Union Digital Centre within May 20.
Earlier, the Ministry of Religious Affairs also extended the time of pre-registration due to non-fulfillment of the quota.
