Eminent photojournalist Azizur Rahim Piu died of a heart attack at the age of 50 on Monday night. He breathed his last at around 3:00am at his Lalmatia residence in the capital. Family members said that Azizur Rahim Piu felt sever pain in his chest at the night and he was rushed to a private hospital in capital’s Dhanmondi area. Then the on-duty doctor of the hospital declared him as dead. The body of the dedicated photojournalist will be taken at National Press Club this noon. After a Namaz-e-Janaza here, journalists and well-wishers will pay their last tribute to him. Azizur Rahim Piu will be buried in Rangpur, family sources said. –risingbd.com
