The 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Phoenix Finance and Investments Limited was held on 29th June, 2017 at the Institution of Diploma Engineers, Bangladesh, in the city.
At the AGM, the Company declared 20 percent cash dividend to its shareholders for the year ended on 31 December, 2016.
Mobarak Ali, Director of the Company presided over the meeting in absence of Evana Fahmida Mohammad, Chairman of the company attended by a large number of the Shareholders.
Abdur Rahman, Azizur Rahman, Dost Mohammad, Rakibul Islam Khan, Directors, Nasreen Ali and Reshad Imam, Independent Directors and SM Intekhab Alam, Managing Director of the company were present.
Dr. M Shah Alam, Deputy Managing Director and Mohammad Sayduzzaman, FCA, FCS, EVP, Head of Investment and Company Secretary along with other executives of the company also attended the AGM.
