Under the Faculty of Arts of University of Dhaka, Jahangir Alam has been awarded a Ph.D degree on the thesis topic of “Islami Bank Management in the light the Quran and the Hadith: An Analysis”.
Prof Dr Abu Bakar Siddique was the Supervisor of his thesis.
Jahangir Alam completed BA (Honours), MA and M. Phil. from the same university.
He received his MBA degree from Eastern University. However, He received diploma associate (DAIBB & DAIB) degree from Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited and IBB. He joined at the Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited in 1995 as a Probationary Officer.
