A mobile court fined Bismillah Pharmacy at Foyla Bazar in Rampal on Monday for not having licence. Rampal Upazilla Nirbahi Officer and Executive Magistrate Md. Kabir Hossain launched the mobile court.
It is learnt from mobile court sources that they have information against Bismillah Pharmacy for selling spurious medicine without license for a long time. On information, they raided the shop on Monday and found the truth. After that, the court fined two thousand taka. At that time, AC (Land) Sovon Sarkar, OC of Rampal Thana Md. Shamsuddin, Upazilla Livestock Officer Md. Jahidur Rahman were present.
