The Board of Directors of Pharma Aids has recommended 25 percent cash dividend for the year ending on June 30, 2014.
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company will be held on December 28 at Kendrio Kanchi-Kancher Mela Auditorium at Segun Bagicha, according to the DSE website. The record date is December 2.
The company has also reported net profit after tax of Tk 17.39 million, EPS of Tk 5.58, NAV per share of Tk 31.76 and NOCFPS of Tk 0.55 for the year.
