Ruhul Amin Chowdhury was conferred Doctorate (Ph.D) degree by the American Independent University, Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.
His research subjects were Good Governance, Democracy and Development: Bangladesh Perspective.
His research supervisor was Prof. Dr. Mignon R. Moore, Professor & Dean, Department of Development Studies, Faculty of Social Science, American Independent University, California, U.S.A.
Ruhul Amin Chowdhury is the eldest son of Late AKM Azizur Rahman Chowdhury and Late Rizia Rahman of Baldia union of Swarupkathi upazilla in Pirojpur district.
From his student life he was actively engaged with various social and cultural organizations, student organization, and organizations for children.
Ruhul Amin passed the S.S.C (Science) from Barishal Udayan High School, H.S.C (Science) from Government Brojomohon College (B.M. College), Barishal, secured a Masters degree with honors in Bangla Language and Literature from the University of Dhaka.
He is presently the Joint Editor of the Daily Ajker Paribartan; AUSIAID (Business Migration to Australia)’s Administrative Advisor; life member of Dhaka University Registered Graduate; life member of International Literary Organization, “Nandini Sahitya Pathachakra”, life member of Bangladesh Association for the Aged and Institute of Geriatric Medicine(BAAIGM), Agargaon, Dhaka1207; life member of Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy, Barishal; and donor of Sandhany International Eye Bank.
