Researcher and writer Dr Syed A.F.M. Barkat-e-Khoda has been awarded Ph.D. Degree in Islamic Theology from Commonwealth University of Britain. The title of his thesis was, “A Study on Past and Present of Mohammadi Islam.” Professor Dr. Barnhart Geo Edward of Philosophy and Religion Studies Department of Commonwealth University was the supervisor, and Professor Dr. M.A.S. Abdul Haleem, of Islamic Studies department of University of London, was the Co-Supervisor of the research.
Barkat-e-Khoda is the eldest son of Dr Syed M. Sayedur Rahman Al-Mahbubi, Secretary General of World famous Islamic Organization Dewanbagh Sharif, Dhaka and Kutubul Aktab Dr Sayeda Tahmina Sultana.
