PFIL declares 12pc dividend: Phoenix Finance and Investments Limited declared 6 per cent cash and 6 per cent stock dividend (Bonus Share) to its shareholders for the year ended on 31 December, 2019. The 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company was held on Thursday through digital platform and took the decision of dividend, said a press release. Azizur Rahman, Chairman of the company presided over the meeting and a large number of the shareholders attended. Md. Jamirul Islam, Dost Mohammad, Md. Rafiqur Rahman and Rakibul Islam Khan, Nominee Directors, Reshad Imam, Independent Director, SM Intekhab Alam, Managing Director, Mohammad Sayduzzaman, Deputy Managing Director and Company Secretary along with other executives of the company also attended the AGM.
