Director General of RAB Benjir Ahmed said that ongoing mass killing and petrol bomb are inspiring the militants.
He disclosed it while briefing the journalists at Halishahar after arrest of 4 alleged militants from Halishahar area on Friday night.
Mentionable that RAB Director General arrived Chittgong yesterday morning sensing the news of recovery of explosives and arrest of militants . In his brief deliverations, RAB chief said ongoing killings of innocents and blasting of petrol bomb are instigating the upsurge of the militants which creating the favourable environment for the religious militants.
These quarters are trying to turn the country into a militant prone state, he added.
While asked about the links of these alleged militants with any foreign agents, RAB DG said we interrogated those were arrested earlier from Banskhali about their any link with ISS, Al -Quaida and now these newly detained miscreants will be quizzed with same questions.
He said for the better interest of investigation, we not disclosed their confessional statement before the media.
RAB sources said in a night long d rive in BA Mansion of Golden Complex residential area of Halishar , these alleged persons were detained from second floor o f the building. Being informed about the arrest of alleged militants, RAB chief arrives Chittgong by helicopter instantly , sources said.
