A press conference organised by People’s University of Bangladesh to inform the launching of its permanent Narsingdi campus was held at Narsingdi Press Club Conference Room on Sunday.
It was disclosed in the press conference that the permanent Narsingdi campus of People’s University situated at Shristighar area of Shibpur upazila, Narsingdi by the side of Dhaka -Sylhet Highway will be started its education session of four department (English, Economics, Political Science and Islamic History and culture).from the next September -2017.
Mohammad Sirajul Islam Mollah MP, Chairman, Board of Trustees, Dr Mohammad Minhas Uddin Ahmed, Vice Chairman, Board of Trustees, Prof Dr Shamima Nasrin Shahed, Member Secretary, Board of Trustees. Prof Dr Abdul Mannan Chowdhury Ex- Vice Chancellor People’s University of Bangladesh (PUB),Prof Dr Arju Miah Vice Chancellor of PUB, Prof Mohammad Ali former principal of Narsingdi Government College, Mohammad Mufakker, Registrar PUB Morshed Shahriar President of Narsingdi Press club and Habibur Rahman, Proctor of PUB addressed in the conference. A large number of journalists both print and electronic media of the district and a number of elite were present in the conference.
