Eight teams reached the quarterfinals of the Pepsi-DRU Cricket Tournament on Wednesday. They are: Channel i, Bartaman, Inqilab, Alokito Bangladesh, Channel 24, Jamuna TV, G TV and The Daily Ittefaq.
At the Moulana Bhashani National Hockey Stadium, Channel i (86/2) defeated Dhaka Tribune (54/2) by 32 runs, Jamuna TV (34/1) overcame Janakantha (33/4) by four wickets, Inqilab (60/0) eased past Maasranga TV (59/4) by five wickets, Bartaman (69/3) defeated Sakaler Khabar (49/1) by 20 runs, Alokito Bangladesh (92/0) beat Naya Diganta (71/1) by 21 runs, G TV (37/0) overwhelmed Bangla Vision (36/2) by five wickets, The Daily Ittefaq (79) beat Boishakhi TV (57/2) by 22 runs.
