People wade through a submerged road with flood waters all around Biswambarpur upazila in Sunamganj on Friday as the Surma River was flowing 60 centimeters above danger level amid excessive rainfall in Meghalaya and Assam of India triggering flash flood in the low-lying areas of Sylhet and Sunamganj districts.
