Police arrested a leader of Parbatya Chattagram Jana Samhati Samiti (PCJSS) from Talaghata area of the district town early Monday.
The arrestee was identified as Uchamon Marma, president of Bandarban district unit of Parbatya Chattagram Jana Samhati Samiti (PCJSS).
Police conducted a drive at his house around 3am and arrested him, said Md Rafiqullah, officer-in-charge of Sadar Police Station.
