21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Prime Bank Limited held on Tuesday in the city. Azam J Chowdhury, Chairman Board of Directors presided over the meeting.
Among different agendas, shareholders those attended the AGM approved audited financial statements and declaration of 15 percent Cash Dividend under reference of the year 2015 recommended by the Board.

Nader Khan, Md. Shirajul Islam Mollah MP, Marina Yasmin Chowdhury, Mafiz Ahmed Bhuiyan, Salma Huq, Md.
