Patuakhali District team, Gopalganj District team, Chittagong District team composed wins in their respective matches of the Agrani Bank 26th National Youth Hockey Competition on Thursday.
In the day’s first match, Patuakhali District team thrashed Brahmanbaria District team by 7-0 goals at the Moulana Bhashani National Hockey Stadium.
Enamul of Patuakhali District team hit a hat-trick and his teammate scored two goals and their teammates Hridoy, Shakib netted one goal each.
In the day’s second match, Gopalganj District team crushed Cox’s Bazar District team by 8-1 goals at the same venue.
Bappi, Hridoy of Gopalganj District team struck a hat-trick each and their teammate Ashraful scored two goals.
Jillur returned one for the losers.
In the day’s third match, Chittagong District team defeated Sylhet District team by 3-1 goals at the same venue.
Sajib of Chittagong District team scored two goals and his teammate Shahidul netted one goal.
On the other hand, Redwan of Sylhet District team scored one goal.
