The pass rate and the number of students who got GPA-5 in the secondary School Certificate Examination (SSC) increased this year under Chattogram Board. The pass rate in the Chattogram Board is 84.75 percent. Last year, the pass rate was 78.11 percent. This year, 9008 students
achieved GPA-5. Last year, the number was 7393.
The results of the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examination was published by the Chattogram Board of Education on Sunday morning.
According to sources , 1,43,823 students from 1,043 educational institutions took part in the SSC examination under the Chattogram Board this year. Of these, 1,21,888 students have passed. The pass rate is 84.75 percent.
In 2019, the pass rate in Chattogram Education Board was 78.11 percent, in 2018, it was 75.50 percent, in 2017, it was 83.99 percent and in 2016, it was 90.45 percent. The pass rate this year is the highest after 2016.
This year 9,008 students got GPA-5 under Chattogram Board. In 2019, 7,393 students, in 2018, 8,094 students, in 2017, 8,344 students and in 2016, 6,502 students got GPA-5 from this board. The number of students getting GPA-5 this year is the highest in the last 5 years.
