Paramount Textile Limited recently signed a Corporate deal with IDLC Finance Ltd. Under this agreement, IDLC will act as lead arranger regarding issuance of Tk 500 million non-convertible zero coupon bond of Paramount. A.H.M. Habibur Rahman, Director of Paramount and M. Jamal Uddin, DMD and head of business of IDLC among others are seen exchanging the signed terms sheet of the agreement.
