Parambrata, Raima pair up for Bangladeshi song

A popular pair of Kolkata’s movies Parambrata Chatterjee and Raima Sen were featured in a Bangladeshi song for the first time. The song titled Aj Ei Kotha Diley is planned and produced under the banner of TM Productions by Farzana Munny, the chairperson of the company. The duet song is rendered by Kaushik Hossain Taposh and Dilshad Nahar Kakoli which is written and arranged by Dipto and composed by Taposh. The music video of the song premiered on Gaan Bangla TV on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr. It was also launched on Facebook page and YouTube channel of Gaan Bangla TV.
Aj Ei Kotha Diley is Taposh’s first duet song.
A live launching ceremony of the song was also arranged online. Noted musicians Hamin Ahmed and S I Tutul, along with Rassel Ahmed, CEO, Evaly, were present. Evaly is the title sponsor of the song. While talking about the song Parambrata Chatterjee said, “I am proud to see the work of Gaan Bangla TV and Wind of Change, as a Bengali. When I heard that Taposh was associated with the song, I agreed to be a part of it right away. It is a really sweet song, and I have fond memories of working on the music video. I am happy that it was released on Eid.”
Raima Sen said, “I thoroughly enjoyed being a part of the music video. I share a great rapport with Parambrata Chatterjee. When I showed the video to my mother after it was released, she thought it was from a movie! I would call the video a three and a half minute musical film. I hope that people enjoy our song.”
