Orbit is a traditional musical band of the country where Palash Sazzad was its lead vocalist. In 1991, Palash got huge popularity to render the song Lal Sareere. That five-member band is still remained. But they do not perform in stage show. Two of its members died. Iti Tumi Smriti was Palash’s debut solo album. Later, his more 38 solo albums were released. Kal Tumi Aamar-e Chhile, Tumi Bhule Jete Paro, Tumi Boro Swarthopor, Bhul Korechhi Bhalobeshe, Matir Ghor, Shyam Kalia etc are mentionable. In the beginning of 2020, Palash’s new song titled Chokher Jol, which lyrics were written by A Mizan and music was composed by Mir Masum, was released. Palash, hailed from Khulna, informed that on January 7, his new song titled Anubhuti will be released on YouTube channel of the country’s leading audio-video production house. Ahmed Jalal wrote lyrics of the song, while Titas Kazi composed its tune.
Mir Masum has arranged music of the song. Two months ago, music video
of the song was made under
Samrat Azad’s direction.
While talking about presenting a new song in the beginning of New Year Palash said, “In my long career in music, I got the State’s highest honour. It was really a great luck for me and also delightful matter. There are my many fans in and outside the country. For them, I am coming with my new song Anubhuti. It is a sad romantic
but nice song. Lyrics and tunes of the song are really nice. I hope music-lovers will enjoy the song.”
There is a song revolves with mother in voice of Palash which was later used in lip of Shakib Khan in FI Manik’s movie Khodar Pore Maa. Milton Khondokar
composed the song. For this song both Palash (Best Singer) and Milton Khondokar (Best Lyricist) got the National Film Awards. Hero Shakib Khan also
got the award for acting in this film.
