About 26,398 vehicles crossed the Padma Bridge on Friday (July 1), the 6th day after opening of the bridge to traffic.
Nearly Tk 3 crore 16 lakh 53 thousand and 200, which is the highest in the last six days.
On Saturday (July 2) afternoon, Bangladesh Bridge Authority’s Supervising Engineer Abul Hossain confirmed the matter to the media.
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina formally inaugurated the bridge on June 25 and it was opened to traffic the following morning.
