Pabna District and Narail District moved to the final of the Walton Smart TV Inter-district Volleyball Tournament eliminating their rivals in the semifinals at Dhaka Volleyball Stadium, Paltan in the city on Wednesday.
In the day’s semifinal matches, Pabna District beat Khulna District by 25-19, 25-20 and 25-13 points while Narail District defeated defending champion Satkhira District by 18-25, 25-18, 20-25, 25-20 and 15-11 points.
Pabna and Narail District will go head to head in the final of the meet on Thursday at the same venue while Khulna and Satkhira district will lock horns for the 3rd position also on Thursday.
Director General of Bangladesh Olympic Association, Sayad Shahed Reza will distribute prizes as the chief guest at the closing ceremony.
