Rakiba Islam Oyshi was champion of music reality show, Sherakontho 2017. Hailed from Sunamganj, Oyshi is now studying Music at Jagannath University. Recently she received Channel i-Music Award. Meanwhile, few days ago, Oyshi’s new song titled Tomar Ar Somoy Melena was released under the banner of G-Series. Poet, writer and lyricist Lutfor Hasan wrote lyrics of the song. Lutfor also composed tune of the song while Jon has arranged its music.
Singer Oyshi herself took part in music video of her song. Now she is getting appreciation for the song.
While talking in this regard Oyshi told this correspondent, “Experience of this song was really exceptional. For the first time, I performed as model for my song. I and Lutfor Bhai gave a lot of efforts in this regard. We believed viewers will enjoy the song. Now I am getting huge response for the song. I want to present more songs for the music-lovers.”
Meanwhile, Oyshi also paid tribute to recently demised music composer and director Basudev Ghosh. Under his music arrangement, Oyshi first lent her vocal for a Nazrul song titled Aamar Noyone Noyon Rakhi.
