In the meantime, some animals have been sold in different walks of the district.
Kabir Hossain and Mozammel Hossain, farm owner, under Bogra Sadar upazila said, because of the high cost of all the animal feed, the expenditure is increasing day by day in livestock sector. But according to that, there is no price of cattle in the market. That’s why the animals were not sold yet. We are hoping for a better price. There are likely to be good prices in the next market.
Rezadul Haque Reza and Hazrat Ali of Gabtali upazila said that cow is coming from India, so the price of cattle in the current market is still not reasonable according to the expected demand. That’s why we are very worried about the fair prices of the cattle.
