Best all-rounder of world cricket Shakib Al Hasan said, ” Our spin attack is better than that of Aussies.”
Shakib Al Hasan spoke at a press conference at the conference room of Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur on Thursday.
Shakib said, ” Taijul Islam and Mehedi Hasan Miraz have been bowling good for a long time. They will take the advantage of home condition.’
Hasan said, ” I don’t feel any pressure as Taijul and Miraz are pretty good for their job. They can play vital role for win against Aussies.”
The first Test between Bangladesh and Australia is the 50th Test for Shakib Al Hasan. So, he is very much excited.
He said, ” All the members of Bangladesh team are eager to do something good against Australia.”
He also said, ” The batsmen of Bangladesh have to perform well if they want to win against Australia. They should play a vital role for victory against Aussies.”
The left-arm all-rounder said, ” I am now in a good form. I want to continue it. I think Bangladesh have ability to beat Australia. It will be possible to win over Aussies.”
Bangladesh have been performing well for a year. The bowlers and the batsmen have been showing consistent performance for a year.
Shakib said, ” Hoping that the wicket will act in favour of spinners. So, Bangladesh spinners will take the advantage.”
The former Bangladesh skipper said, ” Australia and England are Test oriented teams. So, it will be exciting to play against them. It is very much challenging for us to play against Australia.”
Shakib Al Hasan is very much optimistic about the performance of his teammates.
He said, ” It will be not a daunting tusk to win against the Aussies.”
