Nazia Haque Orsha is such an actress if her acting skill was explored properly she could reach into the peak position in the field of acting and viewers could get the scope to watch good works at all. However, Orsha is very much satisfied about her present position. It is true that when orsha started acting in media many dramas were made based on good stories and as an actress, Orsha got the opportunity to play in good characters in those projects. But as a part of time period, making of good story based dramas is being reduced due to budget constraint and lack of concentration to make good dramas by the
directors. At that time, OTT platform came and came back with Orsha. Orsha also concentrated herself to work in OTT platform. She started to experiment her roles in the works of this platform. As a result, she came into limelight to act in Mizanur Rahman Aryan directorial his first web film Networker Baire. This web film brought Orsha into discussion among all.
According to Orsha, before working in this web film, she earlier did not get such response. In the meantime, she has returned to Dhaka from Rangamati and Kaptai after completing shooting of Samiur Sami directed web film Kuhelika. Orsha is very much optimistic about this web film. She said, “I became really frustrated about TV dramas for last few years but OTT platform has completely finished my frustration. Now I keep myself busy with acting in OTT platform rather than TV dramas. In the beginning of my career, when I worked in TV dramas, directors urged me to cast in their works. It was then stopped at one stage. Now when directors of OTT platform show their keen interest to cast me in their works, even despite having any schedule they are waiting for me and they are also fighting for me, and at the end, they work with me – it is really a likeable matter for me. I have returned to that time when I was busy with acting in TV dramas. It is true that for acting in web film, there must a separate preparation. In web film Kuhelika, viewers will watch me in role of Nondini. But I cannot say anything about story of this web film right now. Samiur Sami took my shots after realising my moods during shooting of this web film. I am very much satisfied to work in this web film and I believe viewers will be impressed to watch this on OTT platform.”
