An OTT platform, Addatimes, released popular Indian filmmaker Srijit Mukherji-directed web series titled Feluda Pherot. The first episode of the series, Chhinnomostar Abhishap, was released on December 25. Satyajit Ray wrote Feluda series in the Bengali children’s magazine Sandesh from 1965 till he passed away.
The story is set in the year 1977 and commences with Feluda, Topshe and Jotayu visit to Hajaribagh on a holiday and come across a word pun and puzzles
loving man called Mahesh Choudhury and his family
and his huge mansion called Koilaash. Mahesh invites
the trio for his birthday picnic near a Chinnomostar Temple
at Rajrappa. Mahesh gives a photo frame to Feluda and
whispers something about his will. Feluda decides to
investigate the matter and starts unwinding one clue after another in front of the whole family, and solves the case.
