The orientation program for the fresh students of Daffodil International College (DIC) was held at DIU Auditorium on Sunday. Novelist Anisul Hoque was present as the chief guest. Prof Khaled Hossain, Professor of Bangla Dept of Jahagir Nagar University and Mohammad Nuruzzaman, Executive Director of Daffodil Education Network were present as special guest of the program. Md Zamsadur Rahman, Principal of the college chaired the program.
Anisul Hoque urged the students to focus on life related education along with textbook.
He said that one have to love himself in order to love the country. He focused on different books, which help students to enrich their knowledge. He said that within the next 20 years our country will be a hunger and poverty free country in which our youth will play the role of leadership.
Prof Khaled Hossain said that to achieve the success of life one must have to fix his goal and to fulfill the goal one have make some plans to achieve it and work on it.
Our youth are very prospective and our responsibility is to prepare them properly for future. He also said that our youth could solve thousands of problems.
Mohammad Nuruzzaman, in his speech, advised the students to concentrate on their study and also to become sincere for a better in career. He said that technology is a big gift from the creator.
He advises the fresher’s to use different types of technology to be successful in life. He suggested everyone to adapt the frequently changing technology.
