Bangladesh Pry Assistant Teachers Grand Alliance
A press conference organised by Bangladesh Primary Assistant Teachers Grand Alliance was held in the auditorium of Crime Reporters Association of Dhaka Reporters Unity in the city’s Segunbagicha on Friday. In the programme the leaders of the alliance rejected the government proposal for awarding the thirteenth grade to the primary assistant teachers. They said the thirteenth grade would not help remove the salary disparity of the teachers. The leaders of the alliance demanded eleventh grade for the primary assistant teachers for the removal of salary disparity. Leader of the alliance Mohammad Asaduzzaman read out the written statement in the press conference. The function was also attended, among others, by leaders of the alliance Shahinur Al Amin, Ajit Paul, Aminul Haque, Enamul Haque, Eklachur Rahman, Abdul Wahab Sheikh, Sajjadur Rahman Khoshnabis and Biplab Chandra Das. Leader of the teachers alliance Shahinur Akhter presided over the event.
