Greater Mymensingh Cultural Forum
A discussion and prize distribution programme organised by Greater Mymensingh Cultural Forum was held in the auditorium of National Library in the city on the occasion of the greater Mymensingh inter-district cultural competition. Posts and Telecommunications Minister Mustafa Jabbar was present as the chief guest in the programme held recently. While speaking Jabbar said the guardians should be aware of ensuring secure internet for their children rather 1002 stopping it. “The Internet is a treasure of knowledge. The talent of our children is a great force for Bangladesh. We need to ensure safe internet for children to face new challenges in the days to come,” he added. The function was also addressed, among others, by Jatiya Kabi Kazi Nazrul Islam University Vice-Chancellor Professor AHM Mustafizur Rahman, Shipping Secretary Md. Abdus Salam and General Secretary of the forum Rashedul Hassan Shellly.
