Garment Sramik Trade Union Kendra
A rally organised by Garment Sramik Trade Union Kendra was held in front of the Jatiya Press Club. In the programme held recently the leaders of the organisation bitterly condemned killing of Mohammad Sayeed, an employee of Easy Fashions Factories in the city’s Mailibag. They demanded exemplary punishment to those involved in this killing. The leaders also demanded payment of salary and festival bonus of all garment employees by August 4 next. The function was addressed, among others, by Joint General Secretary of the organisation Iqbal Hossain, its Executive President Kazi Ruhul Amin and General Secretary Joly Talukder. President of Garment Sramik Trade Union Kendra Advocate Mantu Ghosh presided over the event.
