A roundtable on ‘National Price Commission for Agricultural Products’ organised by ‘Karmajibi Nari’ was held at Dhaka Reporters Unity (DRU) auditorium in the city’s Segunbagicha on Wednesday. Infrormation Minister Hasanul Haque Inu was present as the chief guest. While addressing Inu said law should be introduced to ensure food security. He said price commission should be formed for the sake of farmers and consumers. President of the organisation Pratima Pal presided over the programmae.
Jatiya Samajtantrik Dal
A discussion in memory of valiant freedom fighter Nurul Islam Dalu organized by Jatiya Samajtantrik Dal (JSD) was held at Shaheed Colonel Taher auditorium in the city on Wednesday. Information Minister Hasanul Haque Inu was present as the chief guest. While addressing Inu urged BNP leader Khaleda Zia to cut ties with militants and war criminals for creating atmosphere for dialogue. Inu, also the president of Jatiya Samajtantrik Dal, cautioned his party men to remain alert against the militants. Coordination committee president Mir Hossain Akthar presided over the discussion.
