Bangladesh Adibashi Forum
Different organisations including Bangladesh Adibashi Forum, Association for Land Reform and Development and Kapaeeng Foundation jointly organise a press conference at Tafazzal Hossain Manik Mia Hall of the Jatiya Press Club on Thursday. In the programme the speakers demanded priority for the development of marginal people and adequate allocation in the national budget in favour of them. The function was attended, among others, by Convenor of Adibashi Caucus Fazle Hossain Badsha, MP, noted economist and professor of Dhaka University Dr Abul Barkat, human rights activist Khushi Kabir, General Secretary of Bangladesh Hindu Bouddha Christian Oikya Parishad Advocate Rana Das Gupta and General Secretary of the forum Sanjib Drong.
