Bangladesh Administrative Service Association
Secretary of the Election Commission Helal Uddin Ahmed has been elected as the new President of Bangladesh Administrative Service Association. He has been elected at a joint meeting of the outgoing central executive committee and newly founded central executive committee of the association for 2019-2020 term on Monday last, a ministry press release said. The meeting was presided over by the President of the association and Information Secretary, Abdul Malek. Earlier, on February 9, Shaikh Yusuf Harun, Additional Secretary (APD) of the Ministry of Public Administration was elected as the General Secretary of the association at its annual general meeting.
