Leaders and activists of the Communist Party of Bangladesh, Central Committee paid tributes to Comrade Amal Sen, a pioneer of anti-British movement by placing floral wreaths at the portrait of Amal at the party office ‘Muktibhaban’ in the city’s Purana Palton on Wednesday on the occasion of his sixteenth death anniversary. President of the party Mujahidul Islam Selim in a statement recalled the contribution of Amal in the exploitation-free movement. Comrade Amal played key role in the communist movement in Bangladesh. He will be remembered forever, Selim said.
