Bam Ganotantrik Jote
Leaders and activists of Bam Ganotantrik Jote formed a human chain in front of the Jatiya Press Club on Thursday. In the programme the speakers demanded re-election under non-partisan and impartial government. The function was attended, among others, by President of the Communist Party of Bangladesh Mujahidul Islam Selim, General Secretary of Bangladesher Samajtantrik Dal Khalequzzaman, General Secretary of Biplabi Workers Party Saiiful Haque, General Secretary of Ganotantrik Biplabi Party Moshrefa Mishu and central leader of Ganasanghati Andolon Firoz Ahmed.

Leaders of Bangladesh Foreign Service Association congratulated Prime Minister and Awami League President Sheikh Hasina by giving bouquet at Ganabhaban on Wednesday for her party’s landslide victory in the eleventh parliamentary elections held on December 30. Foreign Secretary Shahidul Haque, Acting President of the association Ambassador Masud Mahmood Khandaker, its second Vice-President Nahida Sobhan, General Secretary Khorshed Khastagir, Chief of Protocol AKM Shahidul Karim and Director General (Administration) Salahuddin Noman Chowdhury were present on the occasion.
