Bangladesh Vivekananda Shiksha O Sangskriti Parishad
A seminar titled ‘The Ideal of Harmony and Peace in the Context of Present World’ marking the 125th anniversary of Swami Vevekananda’s Chicago Address organised by ‘Bangladesh Vivekananda Shiksha O Sangskriti Parishad’ was held on Friday in Muzaffar Ahmed Chowdhury Auditorium of Dhaka University. In the function speakers said that Swami Vivekananda was an inspiration for youths across the world as he advocated for harmony and peace throughout his life. His historical speech, which was presented at Chicago, inspires millions of youths to work for peace and harmony around the world, they added. Dr. Gowher Rizvi, International Affairs Advisor to the Prime Minister, addressed the programme as the chief guest.
