Civic rights groups on Monday urged the Ministry of Shipping(MoS) to form a high powered new probe committee for proper investigation of the alleged human trafficking by airways using illegal ‘No Objection Certificate (NOC)’ issued by Department of Shipping (DoS) in the name of sea-going ship crew. The civic groups made the demands at a press conference organised by a non-government organization, Citizens Rights Movement, on Monday morning at Mukti Bhaban at Purana Paltan in the city.CRM Secretary General Tusar Rehman made the demands while placing a seven-point demands at the press conference.
